Katrina M. Brown
Katrina M. Brown is a Partner in the firm and manages its day to day operations and client relationships. In addition to having an extensive real estate background, Ms. Brown is knowledgeable regarding business entity formation, as well as a variety of issues small business owners face. Ms. Brown is a Wealth Counsel member, which group is comprised of some of the top estate planning attorneys nationwide. In her estate practice, Ms. Brown provides high touch, personalized representation to each individual client, to ensure her clients' estate plan is tailored to their individual situation and goals. Ms. Brown attended the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned a certificate in environmental law, and worked as a law clerk for the Center for Progressive Reform. After graduating from law school, Ms. Brown moved across the country to her hometown of Petaluma, CA, where she opened the firm alongside partners of our Maryland affiliate, Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC.
Ms. Brown is a Petaluma native and enjoys spending time with her family, camping, playing softball, and running road races. She also makes the best sweet cherry pie in California.
